This Privacy Policy & Terms of Service describes how we collect, process, retain, and safeguard information collected via our website (aimicromind.com), official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API integrations, training portals, and enterprise AI co-pilot systems.

We collect and process the minimum information necessary to deliver enterprise AI solutions, training programs, and business messaging services:
Account & Registration Info
Business name, corporate email address, contact phone number, candidate registration profiles, educational/city preferences, and national identification metadata (e.g. 14-digit Egyptian National ID for hub venue access compliance).
WhatsApp Cloud API & WABA Metadata
WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID), Phone Number IDs, message template approval statuses, webhook event logs, and status delivery receipts provided via official Meta APIs.
Customer Interaction & Platform Payloads
Inbound and outbound message payloads processed on behalf of business account holders to power shared team inboxes, automated AI agents, campaign broadcasts, and LMS student learning records.

4. Meta Platform & Partner Data Protection Policy
MicroMind Connect is built natively using Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
No Commercial Data Selling
We never sell, trade, rent, or transfer user or candidate data to unauthorized third parties or data brokers.
Official Meta Execution
Data is transmitted only to Meta Platforms, Inc. as strictly required to process messaging requests initiated by verified business accounts.

5. Security & Data Retention
We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards (including SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for stored credentials and tokens). Customer and applicant data is retained strictly for the duration necessary to fulfill service agreements, manage training cohorts, or until permanent account deletion is requested.

Account administrators and registered users may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of their business or profile data at any time by emailing privacy@aimicromind.com or revoking application authorizations via Meta Business Settings.
